One credit balance. Your plan adds its allowance once per paid billing period (on Free, on the 1st of each month, UTC), and every scrape, crawl, search, browser session, agent run and monitor check draws from the same number. Credits you buy on top never expire. See pricing and credits.
Whatever expires soonest. In practice: this period’s plan allowance first, then grants with an expiry, soonest first (one that ends before your period does is spent before the allowance), then the credits you bought, which never expire. Unused plan allowance lapses 24 hours after its period ends, the time the renewal has to be charged; bought credits carry over until spent.
For the AI model’s usage, browser time and proxy usage, in credits. Browser time is 1 credit a minute for as long as the run is open, paused or waiting time included; proxy usage is 2,000 credits per GB. A typical run costs about 15 credits a minute all in. That is an estimate, and the actual cost depends on the task. Drive a browser yourself with the SDK, without an agent, and you pay only browser time and proxy usage.
1 credit per check, whether or not the page changed. A monitor with judge: true also bills the model’s usage when it judges a change.
No. One credit balance, no separate proxy, browser or additional credit type. Captcha and challenge solving is bundled into the published rates and is never billed as its own line item.
New requests are refused once your spendable credits reach zero. Buy credits from https://outcrawl.ai/console/billing on any plan (Free and paused workspaces buy at the Builder rate), or turn on auto top-up so it never gets there. credits and usage show what has been granted, spent and remains, so you can see it coming before a request is refused.
A workspace owner or admin chooses a threshold, an amount and a monthly cap on https://outcrawl.ai/console/billing. Whenever spendable credits drop below the threshold (checked every minute), the default card is charged for the amount at your plan’s price per credit, one charge at a time and never past the cap in a calendar month (UTC). It waits while your plan’s renewal is being charged, since the new period’s credits are about to arrive. The credits never expire. If a charge is declined, the bank asks to confirm it, or one top-up comes to cost more than the cap, auto top-up turns itself off and every owner gets an email; nothing is retried until someone turns it back on. See auto top-up.
A refund takes back the share of credits that payment added, in proportion to the amount refunded and rounded in your favour; plan credits whose period has already ended are not touched. A disputed payment’s credits are removed while the dispute is open and added back if it is resolved in your favour. The share comes out of credits still on the balance first: what is left of that payment’s credits (the refunded period’s allowance, for a plan invoice), then your other credits, purchased credits included. Only what the balance cannot cover is owed, and the next credits to arrive pay that first. A refunded auto top-up, or a dispute on any payment, also turns auto top-up off and emails the owners.
From https://outcrawl.ai/console/billing, pick a plan and confirm. An upgrade applies immediately and starts a new monthly billing period today: before you confirm, you see the exact amount due today (the new plan’s full month, less a credit for the unused time on your current plan) and the new renewal date, and it is charged to the card on file. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for, shown before you confirm, and charges nothing today.
From https://outcrawl.ai/console/billing, Cancel plan. You are asked for a reason, then offered the plan one step down, a pause, and a one-time discount, in turn; a pause or a discount you have already used is not offered again. Take any of them and cancellation stops there. Decline them all and the plan is set to end at the close of the current period, with a one-click Resume on the billing page until then.
Nothing is charged while paused, for 1 to 3 months, and a plan can pause once every 12 months. The plan’s allowance does not renew while paused; the credits already on the workspace stay. Your first workspace runs on Free’s limits and can buy credits at the Builder rate; any other workspace has no plan while paused and runs nothing until the plan returns. On the date you chose, billing resumes: the plan returns with the next renewal on your usual billing date, or at once if you pay the restart shown on the billing page (one month today, restarting the monthly period from today). Resuming early is one click, and charges nothing unless the pause has already skipped a renewal, in which case it is that same restart; the billing page shows the amount before anything is charged.
Cancelling offers a one-time 30% discount for the next 3 months, once per workspace, as one of the steps before the cancellation itself goes through.
