Plans
A paid plan’s credits are added once for each billing period you pay for and stay usable until 24 hours after that period ends, while the renewal is charged; Free’s renew on the 1st of each month (UTC). Unused plan credits do not roll over. See credits for the order credits are spent in.
Buying more credits
Buy credits from https://outcrawl.ai/console/billing on any plan, or turn on auto top-up to buy a set amount automatically when you run low, up to a monthly cap you choose. A paid plan buys at its own price per credit:
A paused plan buys at the Builder rate too. Bought credits never expire, and are spent only after the current period’s plan credits.

Agent runs
An agent run is billed for the AI model’s usage, browser time and proxy usage, in credits. A typical run costs about 15 credits per minute all in, and the middle half of runs land between 10 and 25 a minute. Model usage is converted at your plan’s price per credit, so on Pro and Scale, where a credit costs less, the same minute is more credits: about 20 on Pro and 25 on Scale. These figures are estimates: the actual cost depends on the task. Most of a run’s cost is the model’s usage, so a longer run costs more, and most of the difference between a cheap minute and an expensive one is how much page data it moves.- Model usage is what the model actually used on the run’s steps, converted to credits as it happens.
- Browser time is 1 credit a minute for as long as the run is open, including time it is paused, waiting for you, or under your control.
- Proxy usage is 2,000 credits per GB (decimal; 2 credits per MB).
caps.budget is a hard ceiling on all three together. Drive a browser yourself with the SDK and you pay browser time and proxy usage alone.
Monitors
Every check costs 1 credit, whether or not the page changed. A monitor withjudge: true also bills the model’s usage on each changed page it judges.
Captcha and challenge solving is bundled into the above and is never a separate line item. One credit balance, no separate proxy or browser credits.
Changing, pausing and cancelling
Upgrade, downgrade, pause or cancel from https://outcrawl.ai/console/billing. An upgrade applies immediately and starts a new monthly billing period today: you pay the new plan’s full month now, less a credit for the unused time on your current plan, and the plan renews on this date from then on. The billing page shows the exact amount and the new renewal date before you confirm. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for, and nothing is charged until then. Cancelling walks through a reason, an offer of the plan one step down, a pause of 1 to 3 months, and a 30%-off, 3-month discount, before the plan actually ends. A plan can pause once every 12 months, and the discount can be taken once. A paused plan charges nothing and its allowance does not renew; the workspace keeps the credits it already has. Your first workspace runs on Free’s limits while paused and can buy credits at the Builder rate. Any other workspace has no Free plan to fall back to, so it has no plan while paused and runs nothing until the plan returns; credits it holds wait for it. On the chosen date, billing resumes. The plan returns with the next renewal, charged on your usual billing date, or at once if you pay the restart the billing page shows: one month today, which restarts the monthly period from today. The billing page shows that amount before anything is charged. Resuming early is one click: it charges nothing if the pause has not yet skipped a renewal, and otherwise it is that same restart. A cancelled plan keeps running, at full access, until the end of the period already paid for, and can be resumed with one click any time before then.Enterprise
