# Settings

> General, Organization, Members and Danger zone: what each workspace setting does.

<OutcrawlStyles />

Workspace settings live at **[https://outcrawl.ai/console/settings](https://outcrawl.ai/console/settings)**, in four sections. Each is its own page; the tabs at the top move between them.

## General

Name and logo. The logo is resized to 128px in your browser before it saves, and shows next to the workspace's name in the switcher.

## Organization

Who this workspace bills as. A workspace starts as a **personal workspace**, invoices name you. **Switch to organization** to bill a company instead: a legal name, a billing address and a tax ID, all attached to this workspace's own Stripe customer. Visible and editable to the workspace's owner and admins only.

## Members

Who is on this workspace, and what they can do. See [key concepts](/docs/getting-started/concepts#workspaces-and-organizations) for the three roles. Invite by email, change a role, or remove someone: removing a member revokes their key for this workspace and any agent or app they had signed in with it, immediately.

## Danger zone

Two actions that cannot be undone, both available to the workspace's owner only.

### Transfer ownership

Pick another member and confirm once. They become the owner; you become an admin, in the same instant, on the same workspace. Ownership can only move to someone already on the workspace, this does not invite anyone.

### Delete

Deletes the workspace, its members, its invitations and its plan. Before you can, the console shows exactly what is lost: every member who loses access, every key that stops working, every pending invitation withdrawn, the plan, and the credit balance forfeited. Deletion is refused while either is true:

* **this is your only workspace.** A replacement workspace would not start with the Free plan's credits (see [key concepts](/docs/getting-started/concepts#workspaces-and-organizations)), so there is nowhere for the account to land;
* **a paid plan is active and not already set to cancel.** Cancel it from Billing first, or wait until it is scheduled to end.

Once neither blocks it, type the workspace's name to confirm. Deletion happens in order: every member's key and sign-in for this workspace is revoked first, a plan already winding down is stopped immediately with no refund, then the workspace's rows are removed, and anyone who was on it lands on whichever of their other workspaces they opened first.
